Consent-based Google Analytics

RamenDex loads Google Analytics only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you allow it, Google Analytics may receive page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, acquisition information, and site interactions. Affiliate-link events contain the ramen ID, offer ID, retailer, and link placement, but not your name or email address. Seller-service events contain only the service ID, button location, contact method category, displayed price, and currency. They do not contain an email address, company name, product URL, country, product version, message, file name, or uploaded file. No Google Analytics request is sent before you allow measurement, and the Google tag is not loaded while your saved choice is declined.

Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

Browser storage

RamenDex stores your analytics choice and theme preference in your browser. RamenDex does not currently operate a newsletter signup or store seller-inquiry details in browser storage.

After you allow analytics, GA4 sets the first-party cookies _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_096DHT0D12to maintain session state. Google lists a default expiration of up to two years, subject to browser limits and the property's cookie settings. RamenDex removes these GA cookies when you change your choice to “No thanks.” See Google's GA4 cookie reference.

Seller-service inquiries

The seller-service page sends the information you choose to provide through the external inquiry destination configured by the site owner. The current form uses FormSubmit to forward your name, email address, company, selling country, listing URL, exact product version, sales channel, and message by email. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. See its privacy terms.

FormSubmit forwards the inquiry to the site owner's Google Gmail account. The direct email link on the seller page reaches the same account. Google handles that mailbox under its Privacy Policy. Initial inquiries that do not become a paid project are kept for up to 90 days after the last substantive exchange and then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve a request or meet a legal obligation.

The public inquiry form does not accept package files or process an order or payment. If the project is a fit, source materials may be requested separately through the same owner email and stored in a private project workspace. The project's written terms will state its retention period; the current operational default is to delete raw source files and working copy 30 days after final delivery, subject to applicable law and necessary transaction or tax-record retention.

To request access, correction, or deletion of seller-inquiry information, email mahwin7085@gmail.com. Identity may need to be verified, and information required by law may be retained. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, bank information, or private seller credentials.

Retailer and hosting services

Hosting providers may process request, traffic, and browser-performance information needed to deliver and monitor the site. When you follow an external retailer link, that retailer handles information under its own privacy policy and may attribute a qualifying purchase to RamenDex.

Your choices

Use “Analytics settings” in the site footer to allow or decline Google Analytics at any time. You can remove locally saved preferences by clearing this site's browser storage. You can also avoid affiliate attribution by not following retailer links.
